Eric is a hard-working, dedicated and ambitious individual with good background in accounting, research and data science. Eric has used his career experiences in imparting lives through peer education and volunteer teaching. He knows how following his passion can impact many lives to revert the cost of ignorance in society. Given his background knowledge, he gives training on basic bookkeeping skills, research, data analytics as well as Python and R programming to young entrepreneurs.
To increase his stock of knowledge, he continues to pursue career enhancement programmes. He has studied Management Information Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Engaging in Persuasive and Credible Communication, Using WordPress to Create a Blog for a Business, Initiating and Planning Projects, etc. from Edx, Alison, and the Coursera MOOC platforms. Also, he has successfully completed a Data Science Bootcamp organised by the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT (GI-KACE).
Eric is receiving professional training in accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Education from the University of Cape Coast. During his undergraduate level, he received academic excellence awards in the university. At the high school level, he read Business as a programme and received two awards, namely Best Student in Mathematics and Best Business Student.
Eric is currently serving as a Data Science Intern with Cognifyz Technologies located in India. Even though he has mentored few individuals, he consistently works with other experts so that he can reach as many mentees as possible through workshops and training sessions. Eric is bent on doing his best in any given task. He seeks to cause a positive change in people’s lives, and this is what keeps him motivated and fulfilled.
